Random Greasemonkey scripts
If you haven't already switched over to MayhemEx it's about time you do. All scripts on this page and a few more are included and you wont have to worry about keeping up to date with changes. More information about it can be found in the genmay thread.
M-Unit/marflord felt it would be a good idea to put together a list of the greasemonkey stuff I've done for genmay, so... I did.

What is greasemonkey you ask? A must have extension for FireFox is what it is. Sweeet you say but how do I get it? Right here.

Most of these are simple click and install but there are a couple which you need to edit a bit to fit your personal preference, I've indicated in the description when that is needed.

If any of them are screwed up let me know and I might fix them for you.

It was not my idea to add this button but hey, can't hurt to try, right? ;)
Like my stuff? Feeling generous? You know what to do.
C'mon, at least try it to see if it works

A lot of you will already know what this is all about but for those that don't here's the quicky:
People namerape other people. People get confused about the name of other people. People like me get mad at people that change the name of people so that you don't know who all the people are or who the people in question were before they became someone else. So, people like me write scripts to make sense of the world. In this case a script that displays the original (well, original in the sense of the first name recorded by me, starting 2004 or so) instead or above the current name.

desticker
When people like IMNobody decide to sticky half the threads on the forum I get annoyed. And when I get annoyed and think I can do something about it, I do. So, I made this to show and display stickys when I felt like it.

threadstartercolumn
I really really hate the "new" style of vB where the name of the threadstarter is shown beneath the title of the thread. To me, it doesn't make sense. And when I can fix shit that annoys me, I do.

titlecutter
Wouldn't be super special extra fun to put hooge titles on random people? Now, imagine that those long ass titles stretches the forum out so that you can't read stuff without side scrolling, that would be fucking sweet! Right? Well, sure, if you're retarded. Me, I just get pissed. So this thing will cut them down to size, or rather, replace them with the word "Titlecutter" that you can hover over to see the whole title in case your curiosity is to great to ignore. A small caution on this one though, it has been known to fuck up other long strings that aren't titles. It's a non issue really but I figured I'd mention in (this has happened to me once so.. yeah). It only happens on genmay (url restriction) and you can temporarily disable it and reload the page to get it back to normal.

ImageShrinker
HOOGE images have a tendency to cause horizontal scrolling. This script cuts the size down to a maximum size that you specify. To change this setting go Tools → Settings → Greasemonkey → User Script Commands → Set max image width. Images that have been resized will get a small border and a label in the top left corner to let you know about this. Clicking on the image will switch between original size and cut down size.

Too damn lazy to look for your dotfoldered threads? Yeah, I know, I'm lazy too. This thing will put all your dotfoldered threads on the CURRENT PAGE on top sorta like stickys. Sweet huh?

I don't know about you guys but I like to be able to tell what the thread is about instead of trying to guess after someone has tried to be funny by changing the threadtitle. After installation, refresh a genmay page a couple of times to get it going. After that it'll update itself in the background.

Userdetails
MattCohn.com made it easy to reveal the users details (location, postcount, registration date) by removing his comment in the code ;)
Idea blatantly stolen from fittysix.

Removes ignored users completely from the threads. Genmay thread

If someone quotes you this will make it stand out on the page so that you don't miss it. Something for the narcissist in you. Genmay thread

Turns out I'm not the only one that gets annoyed by random stuff. Klypr really hated people spamming text in size 7 so he asked me to fix it and I did.

This was requested by... hell I can't remember, someone, like me, getting pissed, about... colours? Gimmick posters that put random colours on their posts to see where they're at is the "issue" here. Doesn't really bother me but hey it was a simple fix so why not.

buddyhighlighter
This is a greasemonkey version of an old Proxomitron filter that I made ages ago. Can ya guess what it does? You can? Sweet, no more explanation needed then. Ok, one quickie. You can't really just click the link up there and install it right away, it wont do much if you do, it wont do shit really. What you need to do is save it to your computer and edit it manually where it says USERNAMES|GO|HERE. That's where you put the names of your buddies separated by pipes: "|". Or if you don't have any friends and use it like I do, you just put your own name in there so you can find your own posts real quick like.

While it is commonly known and accepted as fact that the true genmay url is www.genmay.net there are still people who continue to use those silly non www and .com adresses. Now that's just silly cause I'm sure as hell not gonna log myself in to the different versions just so I don't get slapped with the "you don't have permissino to access this page" crap. Nay I say, let there be uniformity. Use this one to change all URLs to the one you prefer. Like the Buddy Highlighter this one requires you to do a bit of editing, it's really simple, promise. You need to change this var desired_url = "www.genmay.net";.
NOTE: The actual text of the link does not change but the target does.

hcolours
Feeling nostalgic? Changes that standard [M] blue to [H] red. Utterly pointless and quite frankly I don't even remember why I made it. Probably some thread talking about it and me being bored. That's how it usually goes.

uidtitles
UIDs matter, deal with it ;) Simply adds the users UID next to their name (or was it under? Can't remember, I use a Proxomitron version of it).
